pkirst
Hi there, I was wondering if the 'Export Audio to Video' feature is finally available in 64bit mode in MAC OS 10.8 or 10.9 ? I don't know how people deal with it, since it is very cumbersome to switch back and fourth between the two modes every time you want to bounce to Quicktime... I've been using QT Pro to do it... Just want to know if this has been or will be fixed soon... Thanks P Logic Pro 9.1.8 - MacPro 2008, 18GB RAM, MAC OS 10.6.

Benco
Hi You can bounce the audio in Logic Then import audio and movie to iMovie or pretty much any video editing software and export final movie from there. iMovie is good cos you can share it directly to you tube. mjzz12345
in 32 bits not enough memory for my plugins. in 64 bit I can't export to video. OK, the 14th century solution is to pre-mix and bounce the audio, delete all the plugins, save as a different project, quit Logic, open Logic in 32 bit, export the video, quit Logic, open Logic in 64 bits and return to original project to continue working. ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING? Are there no geniuses left at Apple to remedy this or is it a fact that Logic will never come out with a decent upgrade again? pkirst
Yes, this is a hard one to swallow... Hopes and prayers go up for Logic X ....
DanRad
I'm curious, are there any other DAWs that will export to video in 64 bit mode. I do this so much that I'm still working (successfully) in 32 bit mode.
mjzz12345
don't know, I think it's available in Cuebase. Be it as it may, the Logic folks are out of excuses as to why the program is as good as abandoned. I have been receiving sarcastic remarks when asking simple, pertinent questions. My hunch is, Apple made a bundle when they bought Logic and there is not much in it for them so they focus on their money-makers (iphones etc.) It's frustrating but we have to work with what we have and hope that somebody at Apple start listening to their customers and take the issues to heart. Just the fact that they go years with no upgrades tells the story.
