Piano Roll Glitch? [SOLVED]

I've never experienced this before but for some reason I cannot access the parameters in the piano roll editor. I'm talking about that little icon in the bottom left. I switched it from whatever it was at to foot controller and it went away. Now I cannot select it at all. I cannot find any area to drag that area up so its larger, it just won't allow me to see it or select it.

 

Is there a preference or setting somewhere that I can fix this with? Very strange.

Its not gone, it just won't allow me to select it to access the MIDI parameters (like its supposed to).

I click on it and nothing happens now.

Have you tried closing the piano roll and reopening? (p-p)

Have you tried it in a separate piano roll window? (cmd-6)

Have you tried quitting and restarting Logic?

Are there any MIDI parameters in your selected region? Do you have a region with MIDI parameters selected?

Unless my Logic (or the session files) are corrupted....I'm thinking I must have inadvertently turned off this feature if thats somehow possible.

Ok, I seem to have solved it. It appears that the problem is I recorded this bit using MIDI take folders.

I usually don't do that but I think the issue was related to weather the take was selected or the comp track above.

...I tried this yesterday but perhaps a restart was in order as well. Either way its solved now, thanks for your help.
