Atlas007
Mono bouncing is possible when the output channel strip is set to mono. In this situation, a mono audio file is generated. For details check here
lagerfeldt
Switch the Stereo Output channel to mono and click on the Bnce button on the strip. You can't use the regular bounce function from the toolbar/menu(/key command.

Brownsound
Switch the Stereo Output channel to mono and click on the Bnce button on the strip. You can't use the regular bounce function from the toolbar/menu(/key command. Remember to stick a mono'd Gain plugin in the Stereo Output, or you'll end up with just the left channel!
