Samueloscar
I downloaded from App store, it downloaded the content packages, but now is stuck on Installing. Anyone having this issue?
Freis968
Yes, I am having the same exact frustrating problem. It says there is 2GB to install, after about 4mins it asks for my password for my Mac and then it just shuts down and nothing happens. I open the program up again and it starts the install process all over again! I have been through this six times already. It says installed in my App Store purchases but is hung up on something. Very frustrating!
Samueloscar
Weird. I don't see the 2gb to install thing, it's just a greyed out installing bar. No blue like there should be. I have read other people with the same problem as you though
EdgarRothermich
No problem here. Got the 2GB download page, got the password request at the end and went through just fine. BTW, there is another 41GB of additional content waiting for download
Samueloscar
Yeah, thats what the guy on the phone told me. But the installer doesn't indicate theres 41gb of stuff left. Apparently it's just downloading in the background.

Samueloscar
Boot in safe mode (hold Shift-F while booting) then do it. Don't know why this worked, but it did.

calanmoore
I too have had the same problem of having the install window remain gray with no blue line of progress. But after I restarted my computer in safe boot, it worked. Thanks " Boot in safe mode (hold Shift-F while booting) then do it.
