Best Plug-ins for converting vocals to MIDI?

Is there a relatively cheap plug-in that can convert vocals into MIDI data easily? Logic’s “Audio to Score” feature doesn’t seem to be suited for vocals at all (it only does well with monophonic sounds). Quantizing vocals easily would also big a big plus.

 

I know Melodyne does this, but its hundreds of dollars and I wouldn't use its other features :/ I only need this for vocals. I am not looking to fine-tune anything with this. I am just looking for a faster way of getting the endless amount of melodies I have in my head into Logic to work with. I figure singing the melodies into the system is the most efficient way to do this if I can find a decent plug-in for this method of working.

Vocals are monophonic.

Quantizing vocals easily would also big a big plus.

 

Flex Time does an excellent job on this.

You should probably check out WIDI Audio to MIDI plugin or MIDI Merlin.
