Nola111
Hi all, I created a MIDI region inside a Logic project and I'm wondering if there's any way to get to that MIDI file on the hard drive without opening the project. The problem is that the project won't open - it crashes Logic. I have the unfortunate feeling that all the MIDI info of a project is embedded in the .logic file but I thought I'd ask if there's any way I can extract it or get to it? Thanks. Eric Cardenas
Try holding down Control when you launch Logic. That will help you open the project without the audio engine.
Nola111
Thanks, Eric, I will try that as a work around. Can anyone confirm that MIDI information is embedded in the project file and can not be obtained as a .mid file without actually exporting it from the session?
