Colinc
Hey Guys, Long time! Always takes a new version of Logic for me to come back around haha. Real quick, while I'm here, wondering if anyone can help on this: Like most, my projects are on a secondary drive, and when it comes time to save a new project, X (just like 9) defaults to showing me the Music folder in the "Save As" dialog box. I've been living with it for ages, thinking nothing can be done... Until last month, a had a friend show me a way that Pages, (which now defaults to saving in "The Cloud") via Terminal can be told to default to a different saving location/folder, as I use DropBox myself. Anyone know of a Terminal command that could tell Logic something similar? Would be ace to see my project drive instead of Music upon every Save As... Cheers! C. Colinc
I've always created an Alias or a Symbolic Link to the place where I want the data. Hrm, what's Symbolic Link Eric? Quick and/or easy to set up? The Terminal trick was a breeze for Pages...
