Daneu64
Hi I am having a similar issue. When I updated form Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion a little bit ago, Logic shows up with an error message saying that Melodyne is incompatible. It says "Dear Logic Pro user, you have 1 Audio Unit(s) enabled which did not pass the Apple AU validation. This may cause problems and can even crash Logic Pro or lead to data loss! Please check with the manufacturer(s) for updated versions. We recommend disabling these plug-ins in the AU Manager." I checked and I do have the most up to date version. When I go into logic, it still works, but under a category called incompatible. Does anyone have any info on what this means? What do I need to do to make the plug in compatible? Thanks! Jordi Torres
I would trash the Audio Units cache file to force Logic to rescan all your plugins. The file is com.apple.audiounits.cache and it's in Macintosh HD/Users/your username/Library/Caches. Quit Logic. Delete the file. Relaunch Logic. J. Jordi Torres
Thanks for updating your signature! I checked and I do have the most up to date version. What version is it exactly? I'm running version 1.3.0 just fine over here in 10.9. I was running alright in 10.8.5 as well... J.
