David Nahmani
How are you creating the drummer track? There should be no need to load a patch, creating the drummer track should load the Drum Kit Designer instrument on the channel strip for you? Jazz120
I know it doesn't do it for me
David Nahmani
So what happens instead? What do you see exactly? An empty channel strip? Did you choose Logic Pro > Download Additional Content? Have you installed all the content?
Jazz120
Yes I downloaded entire content and it installed went thru this process twice , what I see is the drum kit is loaded in the channel strip but no pattern in the arrange object as well as no drummer on the bottom where the kit is shown and drummers image suppose to be its not there , very wierd , all I can do is play the drums sound using my midi controller
David Nahmani
Not sure what the issue could be.... Try calling Apple! You have 90 days free AppleCare with your purchase. If you do please let us know what they say? Best of luck to you. Wait, I would first try resetting preferences? -> Quit Logic, and in the Finder, Option-click the Go menu and choose Library. In there navigate to Library/Preferences and move all preference files starting with com.apple.logic10 to your desktop. Now reopen Logic and try again? skippy
Hi Jazz120 I have exactly the same problem. I did a reinstall of Logic, removed the prefs, reinstall the additional content ... nothing helps. Have you meanwhile a solution to this problem? David Nahmani
Certainly is an odd issue. Have you tried calling Apple? Maybe they're aware of it and know the solution? If you do please update this thread with your results.
