Tonmeister - Industrial Metal with Logic & Reason

This forum has been a wonderful resource so far, and if I can get some opinions on my tracks I would really appreciate it. One of the songs is unfinished, but I was really hoping for some feedback from you all at this point.

Guitar and vocals recorded in Logic, everything else recorded or programmed in Reason. I'm hoping to release a CD this year on CDBaby/iTunes, and will be building 'enhanced' content for the physical disc with Director.

 

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

Paul, that's GREAT stuff! Hahaha... BIG GRIN on my face right now, listening to the first tune. Do you sing and play the guitar? It reminds me a bit of Ministry but different, kinda more musical in a way (little less repetitive - more melodic).

 

Nice tremolo guitar break in the middle too!

 

Just so you know, I surprised myself listening to the whole song twice.. that's a good sign.

 

I'm not such a great fan of the second track. It's good, but it doesn't sound as good, the guitar sound a little too digital (I think they do in the first mix but somehow they're better blended in the mix). However, I'm sure that second song has a great licensing potential for all sorts of TV and movie stuff! Are you a Danny Elfman fan?
