Natasha0404
Hi all, Just out of the blue, my pitch bender has changed settings by itself. When i pitch up, the sound does bend +2 notes up, but when i pitch bend down, the pitchbends +1 !!! I have tried to re-learn the controller but it still doesn't work like it used to. Eric Cardenas
What instrument are you using pitch bend with? The amount of bend in tone steps are configured in the synth/sampler itself.

Eriksimon
What Eric means is what synth or sampler are you controlling via your Axiom. The amount of pitchbend is set on the synth or sampler itself. Here's an exs24ample:
Natasha0404
Hi. Thanks. Yea, i have not changed any of these settings. They've always been 2 and 2 on both ends. It is very strange. When i am in the layout mode, i tried to learn the bender again as the pitch bender but for some reason the issue is still there.

CCTMusic
Hi Sounds to me like you need to verify that the keyboard bender knob/wheel hardware is working correctly, and then track down the issue to find where the fault is: 1) In a brand new Concert, does the bender work correctly? You should see the following messages in the MIDI activity area in MS3: 2) In GarageBand (if you have it installed) does it work? marcperi
I own an Axiom 61, so I tested the pitch ben issue that you mention, and everything ok here. Axiom Pitch bend CC is nr 144 In order to check the amount of your pitch bend setting, proceed like this 1 - move your pitch bend 2 - press button DATA 3 (MAX) in my key value shown is 127 3 - press button DATA 2 (MIN) in my key value shown is 0 probably in your DATA 2 there's a value higher than 0 you can alter those value just pressing + and - of axiom top left numeric pad while you see value of Data 2 or
Natasha0404
Thank you both. I will check these and let you know.
Natasha0404
Hi Sounds to me like you need to verify that the keyboard bender knob/wheel hardware is working correctly, and then track down the issue to find where the fault is: 1) In a brand new Concert, does the bender work correctly? CCT Hi. When the bender is down, the numbers are 1:92:92. When the bender is up the numbers are 1:127:127.
marcperi
yes, so as explained before, you have to adjust the setting inside axiom parameter 1 - move your pitch bend 2 - press button DATA 3 (MAX) key value shown is 127 3 - press button DATA 2 (MIN) in your key value shown should be 92 press + and - of axiom top left numeric pad and adjust DATA 2 value, setting it to
