Urgent help needed with a specific Environment

My knowledge of Logic's environment is rather limited ( a new Logic user) and so I have been struggling with one particular set-up.

This is the scenario:

I have a project with several soft-synths loaded. Each synth is loaded ten times - it plays the same preset but each instance is on a different midi channel, like this:

track1 - Synth 1 - Bass - midi channel 1

track2 - Synth 1 - Bass - midi channel 2

track3 - Synth 1 - Bass - midi channel 3

track4 - Synth 1 - Bass - midi channel 4

track 5 - Synth 1 - Bass - midi channel 5

track 6 - Synth 1 - Bass - midi channel 6

track 7 - Synth 1 - Bass - midi channel 7

track 8 - Synth 1 - Bass - midi channel 8

track 9 - Synth 1 - Bass - midi channel 9

track 10 - Synth 1 - Bass - midi channel 10

track11 - Synth 2 - Strings - midi channel 1

track12 - Synth 2 - Strings - midi channel 2

track13 - Synth 2 - Strings - midi channel 3

track14 - Synth 2 - Strings - midi channel 4

track15 - Synth 2 - Strings - midi channel 5

track16 - Synth 2 - Strings - midi channel 6

track17 - Synth 2 - Strings - midi channel 7

track18 - Synth 2 - Strings - midi channel 8

track19 - Synth 2 - Strings - midi channel 9

track 20 - Synth 2 - Strings - midi channel 10

and there are more synths set up like this, so the next would go from track 21.

Now, I need to be able to use midi program change (using a hardware midi controller) to go from one set of 10 tracks to the next, so that I can play the bass (all on midi channels 1 to 10) and then strings (all on midi channels 1 to 10), then the next sound and so on.

Is it possible?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
