limitedheadroom
I want Plugin Delay Compensation to work on Aux channels as well as everything else, and that you don't have to switch between settings for tracks & instruments and All every time you want to record something else! I like to separate my drum sounds out so I can process and EQ different sounds, but to do this and have the whole kit stay in sync from my sampler (usually Battery, but also EXS24) I have to bounce each part down and then add processing. And if I want the processing to be a really integral part of the sound, such as would change the way I write the track I have to try and get it right to start, bounce down the sound, and re-load it into the sampler! I don't see why this couldn't have been done properly the first time round. Logic was so late in getting PDC, surely they had time to think it through before they introduced it. Come on Apple, make it work PROPERLY!

You "don't see why" is literally correct as you do not see the code so you cannot accurately assess what the issues are. Believe it or not folks, developers generally want to please their customers. limitedheadroom
Yes I know, but it is really annoying. Especially the fact that multiple outputs on audio instruments are not compensated for properly. Surely that can't be that hard. See which of the outputs on an instrument has the largest delay, compensate by that much and insert the relevant difference of delay time in to the other outputs and voila! But I guess your right, I'm not writing the code! (probably a good thing, with my spelling it would be bug central!)
