dpickell
Hi, is there an export function to take a file created in LPX (with many tempo and key-sig changes) and run the session in LP9? I have been finding LPX just a bit unreliable and unstable, and am sure that LP9, with all its problems, is more suitable for this project. Thx, Dave
David Nahmani
No. You would have to export audio tracks as stems, software instrument tracks as MIDI regions, save the patches as channel strip settings, etc... to rebuild the file in Logic 9. Jordi Torres
is there an export function to take a file created in LPX (with many tempo and key-sig changes) and run the session in LP9? If you select a MIDI region and export it as a MIDI file and then open it in LP9, it will include all your tempo and signature changes. You need to have at least one MIDI event in that region. J. dpickell
So a hefty commitment BUT possible. Kind of like exporting to ProTools. Thanks guys, good info. Dave
