Any ideas why all the other tools work fine, but the scissors just stare at the note I click and drool? Trying to cut a note in half without having to split the region itself using the scissors tool, but mine seem to be very dull.

Well it works in other projects, just not this one. I open up the flex editor, I see the notes the algo has decided are present, and usually I can divide them by clicking on them with the scissors. But in this one project I have nothing happens....

Have you tried bouncing in place and then dividing?

Try opening a new Main window and close the old one.

If that does not work restart Logic.

Hi wisper7,

Where is your project starting from? If you move the start of the project to -1 or -2 ...etc or +1 or +2 bar...etc, the scissors works incorrect.
