How to restore a chopped up region [SOLVED]

Sorry if this is a basic question but I didn't really know how to search for the answer. I chopped up a snare track for some reason and it isn't really what I want anymore. Is there anyway to reinstate the original full unchopped up region in place in one or a few clicks? Thanks.

You're welcome!

BTW another techniques you can try - but it doesn't always work - is to select all the regions, or at least the first and last one (it doesn't matter wether you select the ones between the first and last or not) and choose Regions > Merge > Regions from the Arrange area local menu. If you get an alert suggesting creating a new audio file that means that didn't work: don't proceed, you do not want to create a new audio file. In that case, use my former method.
