MIDI Error

I have a rather frustrating problem with Logic ATM and was wondering if anyone can help.

 

Every 5 seconds an error pops up "There is an error syncing audio to midi" and it pings and you can only click continue and it goes away to pop up 5 seconds later.

 

I don't have any MIDI devices to connect and don't want any midi devices to connect. I am only using audio channels and have deleted all the other tracks. Any suggestions about how I can stop this would be warmly appreciated.
