What Keycomands are these in the apple logic videos seminar?

for these video the guy moves his loop region (green bar line) by bar with a keycomand.

whats the name of that keycomand

 

and how do you assign the marquee tool to the option (or control) key if i want my scisors tool to be comand click. Like the marquee but im used to pressing option for the scisors tool so option or control would be ideal.

 

 

he also uses the maruquee tool to delete parts of the regions that are NOT selected, how is that done?

 

and a key comand to open the "add tracks" dialog box. ?

Key Command: "Move Locators forward by cycle length".

 

You can't assign a tool to the Control or Option key.... Assigning tools.

 

Key Command for adding tracks: Quick Assignment of Key Commands.

 

To add Apple Loops to favorites, just check their favorite checkbox.

 

Ultrabeat pattern mode: turn it on, and use the notes C-1 through B0 on your controller. Try the four different modes depending on what result you want.

when he grabs the electric guitar lick and 1st he uses the marquee tool to select it and then option drag to place it on verse 2 becuase the lick wasnt so go good the 2nd time.

 

then he says somthing like u can erase the stuff u dont want to make it seem nicer or visualy better.

he erases stuff he wasnt highlighting. pretty cool unless i saw it wrong.

another thing from the videos i forgot...

 

i could not find the songfile "history" where the guy selects a song file from 2 hours ago and logic reverts to that state.
