This multieffects unit was always one of the very finest free plugins back in the pre-Intel days and I'm delighted to have it back. http://www.luxonix.com/home/en/downloads.html?id=main Robin i mean... i dont NEED it.. but... NICE! its pretty nice!!!!! thanks! v

Mehdi
but it does show up in the menu in logic. any more help? I assume you wanted to sat it does not show up Ah .. weird Where did you get this king dubby plug-in?? Are you sure it's AU Open the AU manager see if it passed Logic validation (should give you an error message when opening Logic if it doesn't) I'll say something stupid but are you sure you're looking in the AU menu when you want to insert the plug-in?? It won't appear under Delay, near the stereo delay/tape delay etc, but at the bottom with 3rd party plug-ins
silentH
i found the link for it on the first page of this thread. and yes, i'm looking at the bottom of the plug-in list, where my other 3rd party AUs are, but i dont see it. i also dont see it in the AU manager. im sure im doing something wrong, but i dont know what... musick
Are you sure it's UB (Universal Binary)?
silentH
here's the link: http://www.lowcoders.net/index.html im not sure if its ub. the weird thing is that when i downloaded it, there was no install process, no .mpkg or anything. all that was in the .dmg was the component file, a text file and some web links. i dragged the component into the plug-in library, but no dice. dven
King Dubby is NOT UB. PPC only.

captaincalamity
Hey, I desperately want to get Airy's au303 to work in Logic Pro 8 but I can't seem to get logic to recognise the plugin? I've copied it to the right directory, where I've copied other plugins and it's worked fine. Logic just doesn't pick it up? I had a play with a tutors tb303 at college the other day and I'm hooked!! Any help would be greatly appreciated Many Thanks Neil.
ChicoSatis
Hi Neil If you haven't figured it out by now put the component in User/Library/Audio/Plugins/Components. Then when you load a SOFTWARE instrument it should be there. Have a good one.

Chowmont
I am having trouble loading the Bassline plug-in into Logic. I downloaded the file and copied into the VST folder within the User/Library/Audio/VST. Opened Logic and its no where to be found. What step is left and How do I actually open it within Logic? Thanks

Thanks Logic doesn't use VST anymore ! - You have to "wrap" the VSTi using FXpansion's excellent wrapper program. Then it works fine. - http://www.fxpansion.com/index.php?page=5&tab=22 - Takes the icing off the cake of a "free" plugin, I know, but it's the only way. - C
