App that puts red circle around pointer?

I was in a class once where the instuctor had a red circle around the pointer on his monitor. It stayed there the whole time and made it easy to see where he was navigating. I'd like to have the same thing for a class I'm teaching this summer. I looked around for it and the closest thing I could find is VT Voila but that's not it - their red circle dissappears after a couple of seconds. Any recomendations?
