soundtrack loops in logic

How can i get the apple loops in soundtrack converted into my songs recorded in logic pro? is this even possible? for some reason i do not have apple loops in garage band but only in soundtrack.

You should be able to open your Loop Browser in Logic. Then in the OSX finder, locate your Sountracks Loop Folder and drag the folder onto your Logic Loop Browser window. It will then ask you if you want to move the samples, or keep them in your current location. Either way, they should now show up in your Loop Browser for use in the arrange window.

When i open my loop browser it tells me i need to reinstall apple loops which i figured was on the logic contents disc. but it opens the browser anyways. when i drag the file into the browser it looks like it is adding the files to the browser but nothing shows up. any ideas?
