  1. Thanks a lot guys for your attention. Reading your answers I understand that I didn't make myself clear, I apologize for that. Actually I'm looking for a kind of "Listen and Be Ready" mode, in which Logic "listens to" the audio input and start recording as soon as the first little sound comes. By this way the sample will begin exactly where the music does.
  2. Hi all of you ! I was searching the forum for my recording problem and I found this subject : the first post describes my problem very well (that is to say better than the non-english I am) and more than a year later I wonder if the feature now exists in Logic ? Could you please tell me ?
  3. -> stevenson : I already answered, see above ! -> ski : that's bad. It's not rational separating two parts on the score just because we don't want the parts between to be scored. So, as a moderator, could you tell which is the only one official suggestion topic for the next Logic version ? But I think we could find a trick by thinking another way. I could have a part which is not repeated on the arrangement window, and which is merged to a next different one, and telling Logic : ok, I want a 2 times loop or cycle on this part. So what we heard (that is to say what is read by Logic) would be the part 2 times, but on the score there would be only once, merged to the next, and we could insert the repeat sign (see pic below). But I read the manual and didn't find how to. Cycle reading is possible but we can't specifying how many times.
  4. Thanks ski for your suggestion. I think you mean modifying the midi file ? Yes, it could give a nice score, but my goal was to have a score that describe exactly what is played by the original midi file, so it could avoid me rearranged copies of every midi file I would like to transcribe.
  5. Is this those signs that you mean ? If yes and if I'm not mistaken, this sign repeats the last measure or the two last measures and could only be useful if my part was made with the same repeated measure, but it's not the case : every part is made with 10 different measures, and I want the whole part repeated.
  6. Actually I think they are merged, as you can see below. Score option is unchecked for second and third part.
  7. Thanks stevenson for your answer. Your solution is good but I just understood I didn't explain myself in the right way, and I beg your pardon. I try better : I got a score where measures [13-23], measures [24-34] and measures [35-45] are exactly the same. You can see an extract below on PIC 1, measures 23 to 46. So I unchecked the option "score" for regions [24-34] and [35-45] and insert a repeat bar, and obtained the PIC 2. The problem is the blank between measure 24 and measure 46 (and incidentally the measures numbers are also a problem). PIC 1 PIC 2
  8. stevenson, as written in my first post, unchecking the "score" option is what I did but it didn't give the awaited result, as you can see on the pic.
  9. Thanks for your answer ! I'll try to be clearer. You can see in the first pic below what I'd like : But the tip you gave me has the result in the second pic (if I understood you) :
  10. Hi guys ! See the pic below ? I'd like to repeat the left part 3 times, but not to have 3 times the part on score, so I unchecked the option "score" for 2 of the 3 regions. But now I'd rather paste the measure at right (number 46) to the left one (number 24), without the G-clef, so I could insert a repeat bar, my score could be readable by a musician and I would be happy Could you please help me ?
  11. jordito, thanks a lot for this very sharp and useful explanation !
  12. Ok, I just found the solution myself. This problem occures when velocity is too low. For example, my A3 sounded bad with velocity value of 66 but it's ok with 67. May be it's not really a solution because it should sound good at any velocity value, or may be it is a good one because it's the way velocity act on notes, I don't know ! I must admit I'm a ignorant in this field ! Nevertheless I mark it as "solved". I Hope this will be useful for some others.
  13. Hello ! I am using a virtual instrument called "Classical Acoustic Guitar". It sounds good, but at the end of some notes, I can hear something like a "glissando" but it's more like a string noise to me. It seems to be recorded in the sample but it's hard to believe they have allowed such a unpleasant noise. Would you please tell me how to solve this ?
  14. Actually I consider it as a common answer : it's a shared prize !
  15. Hello there ! After a search on the forum I'm still wondering : I write a quarter note with the score editor, but it appears as two tied quavers. I checked/uncheked interpretation/syncope, it does nothing. Dividing the measure and modify the quantization doesn't work as well because the other notes all appear as quarter notes though they are quavers. Maybe the pic under is clearer.
  16. Thanks for the answer. I'm uninstalling Chrome right now.
  17. Why isn't there a search function for this nice logic help forum ?
  18. Thanks ski for the "uncheck interpretation checkbox" tip. It helps a lot when we just want to write the things we want to write ! I just checked in the user manual and this tip is written ! Good lesson I guess : it's easy to see a bug when we should see an inappropriate configuration ! ... Damn, it works not only for Logic !
  19. Hello, I just found here the solution for my problem, so I registered just to tell you : thank you man !
