camarao
Hi When I select grid in projects settings the primary ruler shows time: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y109/camarao/ScreenShot2014-01-07at233146.png when I unselect grid in projects settings the primary ruler shows beats&bars: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y109/camarao/ScreenShot2014-01-07at233838.png What's going on?!! This behavior started a few days ago. The only different thing I've done was opening Logic 9 to update an old file. How can I fix this? Please help... Eric Cardenas
Is this the case if you try a new empty template?
David Nahmani
I would also try toggling View > Secondary Ruler?
camarao
Is this the case if you try a new empty template? Hi thank you for your help. When I create a new song there is no problem. I've deleted the preferences file but the problem persists. This only happens in some songs/projects. I'm sure I didn´t changed anything in the settings but I discovered this: This behaviour started a few days ago when I opened my still installed Logic 9 to update some songs to Logic X. All the updated songs show the ruler correctly but all Logic X created songs have this bug!... Deleting preferences file didn´t resolved the problem, neither reorganizing memory within the projects. This is so annoying...

Eric Cardenas
It's not a preference! It's a setting within the project file itself. Something must have gotten corrupted.
camarao
Hi Just found it!!! You have to right click on the package of the project that is having problems with, and select 'Show package contents'. I think the DisplayState.plist was corrupted and I just deleted it. http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y109/camarao/ScreenShot2014-01-09at094607.png It solved the problem! Secret Service
This distroy all the saved screensets. Another Solution is, to import the screensets from a song, that has not the problem, but the same screensets. You can also copy the screensets in the song. I had the problem with many from Logic 9 in Logic X imported songs.
