David Nahmani
The region Liverpool Clean #22 is muted. Select the region and press Control-M (or click the region with the Mute tool).
sunnee
thank you so much! do you know how mute was applied to this region? was that what inserting a "silence between the locators" does?
triplets
thank you so much! do you know how mute was applied to this region? was that what inserting a "silence between the locators" does? No. Somehow you pressed Control-M on the region to mute it. Or a sneaky right-click.
hairy
Just to add a little for others who may find this thread. I often experience a similar issue with greyed out tracks which is caused by inadvertently pressing Command-S or Option-S and entering "solo mode" or "solo lock mode" respectively. In this case Control-M will do nothing and you must press Command-S to back out of solo (lock) mode and turn the regions(s) back on. I do this accidentally all the time when saving with my big fat fingers. Since none of the solo buttons are lit it may not be immediately clear what is going on, but the transport window will be yellowed as will the region(s) in solo (lock) mode if they happen to be on screen at the moment.
