Atlas007
Could you provide more details? Also posting your system's specs in your signature, as stipulated in the Board Rule #5, could help us help you...
sila92
Oh, sorry! Its quiet simple. The button that says "Setting" where you can press and change the whole css to finish plugins, also where you can save own setting, is locked. Nothing happens when i press or hold the button, just like its locked for some reason. Atlas007
Strange indeed. Does this happen only with this project, or also with the other ones? Have you done some edition in the Environment window?

fastfourier
Quit Logic, Disk Utility->repair permissions, open Logic again? Maybe you've lost read/execute access to all the folders with channel strip settings in them. It's a long shot....
sila92
Im afraid that didnt work, but it sure was a lot of premissions to repair still... x) Anyways, thanks!

Atlas007
Have you tried using a different user account, as suggested in point 8 of the troubleshooting website I pointed at you in my previous reply?
sila92
Yes, this worked infact. With another account. Im not shure what that means tho.

I deleted it and reinstalled the program, still nothing The issue at hand may simply be caused by a bad preference setting or user-specific data file. In other terms, that might also not be related directly to Logic...

David Nahmani
Did the pictures help anything? Not quite: I meant in Logic, open the Library and take a screenshot of your Library+Inspector. I'm having the same problem, also looking for answers to this Then try the same thing, and post your screenshot too.

David Nahmani
So at this point, can you choose a channel strip setting or patch from the Library?
sila92
Yes, thats right. But i cant choose from another channel strip, just with this new one
David Nahmani
Can you take a screenshot with the library open for the channel strip that does not work?
sila92
Actually it seems to be working a bit more. I can press it and save the preset. I dont see any load button. Perhaps they changed it, so we cant right click and make changes like that anymore? As you see now, i can add default channel strip settings now. David Nahmani
I'm not sure what you're referring to regarding a "load button" or "right-clicking to make changes"? Other than that, anything that's still not working as expected for you?
sila92
Ill try to formulate it better now x) The marked "setting" button, earlier i could click on my right button on my mouse, and get load preset, save preset ect. Load my already saved preset, if thats make more sense. Down at the left youll see a save... button, and i can save it as (guitar song 1). And i want to use that exact saved preset in another song. So i load up guitar song 1 in another project, and get exactly the same as i saved. I now see that the "presets" are called patches.
