t-ride
Hi everybody, The MIDI events created when you turn on/off a MIDI effect start from #F56, #F57, #F58, and so on... When you turn on/off software instruments, their events also start from #F56, #F57, #F58, and so on... This makes it impossible to use a fader-button to turn individual MIDI effects off. I there some other way I can turn on/off MIDI effects that I don't know about??
David Nahmani
The MIDI events created when you turn on/off a MIDI effect start from #F56, #F57, #F58, and so on... They're actually not the same Fader events we've been accustomed to use (such as the ones the instrument plug-ins send when toggled on/off), which is why regular environment objects cannot process nor create those specific events – unfortunately.
