AllTheButtons
I have Logic set to "Record > Overlapping Audio Recordings > Cycle On > Create Tracks And Mute". So it should (and to date always has) create a new track when I record, and mute the previous one, when I'm in Cycle mode. But it's not doing it any more. Now it sticks a new region on top of the old one, on the same track. Is this a 10.7 bug, or have I accidentally changed a setting somewhere? Can't see anything in Preferences or Project Settings. Solution David Nahmani Posted November 9, 2021 Solution Share Posted November 9, 2021 It works as expected here so it's not a 10.7 bug. Make sure you're not in Replace mode?
AllTheButtons
Make sure you're not in Replace mode? Thanks - that was it! I don't have the icon on my toolbar so I didn't spot it. Must have been one of the many, many times I've typed out a track name before realising that I didn't double-click in the right spot and I've just done a ton of mystery key commands
