hc4zrr324
Hello LPH, Just got Logic Pro 10.0.3, love it!! But when I add a new instrument from the library, with almost every instrument, it creates at least one bus just for that instrument & sends to those busses on that instrument track. Is there a way to disable this feature so that when you load an instrument from the library Logic does not automatically create bus sends & the busses for those sends? The only solution I've found is that you have to load the instrument from the library, turn off the bus sends & delete the busses, then resave the instrument in the library...but this seems daunting/ridiculous to have to do it for every instrument. Thanks!

Eric Cardenas
Yes. Click on the small cog wheel at the bottom left of the library and choose Enable Patch Merging. Deselect Sends.

Eric Cardenas
It's even cooler when you can merge different parts of a patch.

Yannickbi
hi eric, your way sounds pretty good, but it just doesn't seem to work for me, i deselected that "send" button, but there are still these buses, on the old tracks and on new ones... what do i have to do to approve/save my changes, that i won't have these automatic busses ever again? Lucas Marston
Is there any way of deleting these aux tracks that logic automatically creates for us after the enable patch merging is selected?
