PCCHH
Hi there I am looking for an environment workaround to create "Radio Buttons" with the buttons (Switches) in Logic Express 9 Environment. This means, I have a set of 4 Buttons (Button6). If I press one button, all the other buttons are switched off. Only the switched on Button is sending MIDI Sysex Values, the switched off Buttons are only set to off. I believe it is possible, but after days of trying different methods, I am kind of lost....... Do you have any suggestions or concrete examples? Thank you in advance for your help.
David Nahmani
Program each button so it sends its MIDI Sysex Values AND it also sends "switch-off' data to the 3 other switches.
Audiogrocery
It is a good idea if you provide your Logic song project here. Zip it and provide as an attachment so we can have an idea of the buttons cabling, messages etc...
fader8
Try this out. Like David's suggestion, but uses one sysex fader that spits out off controls for all the buttons. You could just bang your sysex faders with these buttons. f8_RadioButt.logic.zip
