If your MIDI keyboard can be split to send on different MIDI channels, you can use this: http://www.logicprohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=32201 Or, one of the easiest ways to do this would be to not split the keyboard itself, create multiple software instrument tracks, rec-enable them all and adjust their Key Limit parameters in the track parameters in the Inspector.
