For the life of me, I just cant figure out what Im doing or not doing wrong. Yes, I know how to import audio files from itunes into a audio track and it will play. Yes, I figured out how to use the midi part of the FF 800 and record midi info, But thats it! I feel a bit stupid at this point (lol) after REALLY trying for a FEW hours (manuals &all) to acomplish this one task. What "ABC", steps must I make to record live audio into logic from the FF800 ?! MAC G5 2.3w 4 GIG RAM/ LOGIC 7.2/ RME FIREFACE 800/ thanks a whole bunch advance! [/b]
triplets
Make sure the correct input is selected on the channel strip and that it goes out to the right output, mainly 1-2. Sometimes you need a little gain from the interface if they have a mic pre.
