rmd
Can someone tell me whether i can export a marker list, similar to waveburner, from logic. i wanted to create a take list for the client to map edits with. thanks, robert
CCTMusic
Hi Nope... not directly (as a text file). How about a screen capture (Shift Command 4)? HTH
Doug Z
As mentioned by CCTMusic, screen swipe is the way I know of. I work with a client that regularly requests such - I only swipe the marker list rather than the track in the arrange area. Would be a nice request feature..... trompetenick
Just for the fun of it: This tickled me, so I tried to find out.. You can open the songs assets ( right klick/show conten, or whatever its called in english) "LgDoc" contains "documentData". Open with an editor. Copy+paste the marker stuff into the other file. I cannot recommend this at all. If you make a mistake your song is lost and logic ends up crashing. So : DON'T DO IT. Nick
markalex905
Actually, trompetenick's idea was an interesting one - so I tried it. I labelled some markers with easy to find text, then Right Clicked on the Seq. file to "Show Package Contents". I found the markers, but they were NOT in a format that was at all useful for spotting or timing notes. Bummer. Anyone else able to keep me from switching to Digital Performer ?? (I WAS able to do this 20 YEARS ago in Opcode Cue !!

Gerdotron
I know this is an old topic, but for anyone else trying to do this I was able to do it quite easily. In the Marker List, select all (Command + A), Copy (Command + C) then in your simple text editor Paste (Command + V). I got a text file of all the marker list info. So simple!
