I think richer track and arrange page colors …. a really revamped overall look to logic would be cool. Looking new can do wonders …. Ai stuff seems premature and will most likely be very slow per update and is premature in a logic update but I guess we’ll see. Gotta get a few grand to get another Mac to keep up ….or did I just do that not that long ago ? Ehh . It’s cool but a little too fast for me personally ….I wish apple would have mentioned mchips or Intel for that matter …..right before I bought my apple computers in the past but that’s another thread and story …and a very personal one ….dupped 2x by no apple announcement. I literally bought a Mac 1 month before Intel and 1 month before the Mchip two times …. Sucks .
Does anyone feel like updating the OS and Logic is very time consuming and takes away from actually making music ? I do think logics GUI needs improvement . It looks a little amateurish but it’s not terrible . For such pricey computers apple could make some overhauls people have been asking about for years. Logic is a very good DAW don’t get me wrong .
Ehhh. Leaves quite a few of us behind . I’m sure it will be a fun new version though…not sure I would update without silicon chip …and those apple products aren’t cheap .
Sounds super exciting except I don’t have a Mchip Mac , money and I’ll lose many plugins ….on the other hand the plugins are a bit less important than the former two mentioned ,
I want to to be able to at least start an idea on iPad and move to the Mac for further processing. There’s a lot of info to read but how do I know what versions are capable to go back and forth ….in other words what’s iOS iPad version of logic works with Monterrey /logic 10.7.9 etc ?
Thanks again …Looks like logic should work….on the 9th gen iPad
if not I’ll know after the free trial period?? I have to consider the massive library and using peripheral devices like an external drive to store it ..
…I’m just so used to 24/48k quality otherwise GarageBand would be fine . Too bad . Maybe someday they will up the sample rate to 48k
