Thanks all! After trying different cables, testing with my old interface, switching to Standard, I finally rebooted everything this morning and it now all works perfectly. (??) I dunno.. I'm just glad it all works again! 🙂 ...back to recording...

Super weak signal, can't even record a vocal track. I've already seen a post about switching the Mic Mode to standard, which is not working. I can record when switching back to a Focusrite Solo, but still not full signal. I just bought the 2i2, is it not compatible with Logic Pro 10.8.1? I'm running a Mac Studio with Sonoma 14.4.1. If the 2i2 no longer works, is there a better device for input?

Hi all. I have years of projects that I had moved to iCloud for backup. Now, when I go to open the project folders, the projects are gone. Other related files are there. Not sure what I've done. They were created on an older iMac. (Projects on my new iMac are not disappearing). The older machine crashed, so can't access it. Any thoughts on how I could possibly get these projects back? Thanks all.

Hi, I'm going to buy a new Mac. Is the current iMac 24" OK for using with Logic Pro? I'm currently running V. 10.2.2 on my old machine, and will update Logic with the new machine. Will my current version 10.2.2 run on a new iMac before I update? Thanks for any assistance! KJD

Hi all, Maybe this was answered already, couldn't find anything exactly addressing this.. After using Flex Pitch, I make some timing adjustments and my pitch adjustments are now screwed up where I made the timing changes. Trying to fix the pitch again is nearly impossible. Anyone know a workaround for this? Cheers, KJD

Thanks for the answers guys! No updates to any software/plugins, etc.. I only have this one project. I restarted, and re-launched LPX and the problem solved itself. Seemed to be some temporary erroneous thing that was happening. Working great now!

I am in fact using a Scarlett interface, but no instruments plugged in.. the interface would cause this, just on it's own?

Hi, I'm going through a Focusrite Scarlet Solo USB. I only tried recording in this one project, didn't try any others however I did delete the project and open a new one, same results. I did re-set everything in the audio prefs, both in LP and in the Mac audio prefs as well.

Hi all, During playback of a vocal test I'm getting this weird sound. Not sure what's the causing this. I've re-started, disconnected/reconnected everything, still no fix. Hi all, When I bounce a project, there's a slight, and quick, fade-in which is happening automatically and I don't hear the very beginning of the song. Not all projects, but just some. I'm having to add space to the beginning of a project to fix this but would rather not. Any thoughts on what might cause this problem? Thanks for any answers. KJD

Hi everyone, I just started getting an error message I've never seen before, and the project stutters along not playing in entirety. I'm using the latest version of Logic, with a Focusrite Scarlett interface. iMac running 10.12.5, Sierra. Any ideas what might be causing this? Thanks, KJD
