patowenleary
This has been happening for about a week now. I'll be working on a project and I'll get the "initializing audio" pop-up out of nowhere and when I check Preferences > Audio, input and out have both changed to ZoomAudioDevice. I've uninstalled Zoom and this is still continuing to happen. Any help would be appreciated.
Atlas007
Have you check in the AMS to see what you have there as audio devices?
David Nahmani
Do you not get an alert asking you if you want to use that audio interface? If you don't then choose Logic Pro > Preferences > General > Notifications and delete the alert that you had previously set to "Do not show again". lookatthisguy
I don't know a whole lot about how Zoom installs, but I do recall that when sharing audio for the first time, the program has to install a component. It's possible that's a separate sideload that wouldn't uninstalled by simply deleting Zoom. I'd also wonder about some bad cabling, a loose connection, or an issue with a dock, depending on your setup. When it switches to ZoomAudioDevice, does that appear in parentheses?
