Is there still no simple solution to this one?

"Why on heck doesn't it come with a "don't show again"-option?"

Apple seem to be odd about user options - IMO.

I asked for a "remove" or "Skip missing files and remove from project list"button on startup in the 90's.

To this day, we all have to go in a manually delete files from the pool, at a point when we are trying to start a project and/or be creative without distractions.

They actually stopped us from permanent delete from the arrange window too.

Hey folks, figured out a simple fix for this.

In "System Preferences," disable "Notifications" for Logic Pro X.

Also, in Logic Preferences, I recommend setting the "General" preference for "Startup Action" to "Ask."

This now has Logic Pro X 10.5.1 opening very quickly for me, within 2-3 seconds, whereas before it took over 10 seconds and prompted me to download the "New Sounds Available" every time.

I found this forum while searching for an answer to this, and since it was left unanswered I hope this helps, but I suspect you've figured it out by now.
