SideBMusic Posted April 4, 2015 Share Posted April 4, 2015 Well, if it sounds fine I wouldn't worry about what the waveform looks like. If you open the region in the audio editor in Logic you will see the waveform there. As for normalizing the track, how about using compression, although I am not sure it would resolve the issue I see in the waveform you posted. Automation would fix it if the volume is spiking there.
