syncsailor
HI, I really need help getting logic and dfh to work together. i'm a newbie with both so try to be patient with me. I have DFH installed and working. I bring it up on an audio instrument track and can record a pass. but if i create another track of DFH so i can overdub a snare, it is somehow mixed in with the initial DFH track and i don't have separate control over the inserts. am i supposed to open a new instance of DFH for every individual drum part i want to record? that doesn't seem right since DFH allows you to construct kits. But I'm really confused. I even downloaded the MacProVideo Environments tutorial and i'm still stuck. can someone please help me grasp this process? i would be most thankful. sync
syncsailor
Ok then. are my questions just too stupid to answer?
Myron
You have to make sure that you don't simply "copy" the track with DFH but open another instance in a seperate track. For example use track 16 and 17.

Waterboy
you may want to go to ToonTrack There are loads of people on the forum to help you. All that you have to do is register your copy, and you will get more than enough help! There are also some helpful videos that show you how to get everything working inside of Logic Pro .... so not only will you get help in the forum, but you can actually get a video lesson on DFHS & Logic Pro! How cool is that! Good luck to you!
