Subtonic
I find that I haven't even heard all the sounds and instrument settings available in the stock Logic Pro install, and I've been a Logic user for about 4 years now. Are you on Express? If you're interested in more sounds, all of Apple's Jam Packs are compatible with Logic. Other than that - here are a few places I can name off the top of my head that provide Logic compatible sound libraries, among other formats. http://www.mi7libraries.com/ - You can grab sample packs directly online http://bigfishaudio.com/ - One of the bigger names in sound libraries. http://www.loopmasters.com/ - Also pretty popular now. Others may have more recommendations.
bryla
do a search on google for Audio Units! But hey, Logic Pro has plenty it self! you can get a lot done with the stock instruments and effects.
Dante310
dont know what to say man, logic comes with by very far the biggest out of the box sound/synth collection out there.
Justin-Ch
For me anyway the main point of Logic is to make sounds from all the great virtual instruments that are part of it. For a lot of other people the main point is to record their actual instruments & voices into it. What sort of sounds are you wanting? If you want more traditional instruments rather than synth sounds have you been through every EXS & GarageBand instrument? If you want ready made loops & phrases have you been through all the Apple Loops?
David Nahmani
Apple themselves released 4 outstanding collections of loops, sampler instruments and channel strip settings, known as "Jam Packs" (don't be fooled by the "GarageBand" label!): http://www.apple.com/ilife/garageband/jampacks/

There are a number of affordable good quality sample libraries for the EXS24 sampler. What kind of sounds are you looking for?
