mb25976
Howdy all, I tried to boot up Logic Pro tonight to work on a remix, and I got the dreaded "XSKey not found error". I tried switching USB ports, rebooting, and even tried running the XSKey Updater. Unfortunately, according to System Profiler, the USB bus isn't even seeing the XSKey, so the Updater won't even load. I think it's time for me to trade in my dead dongle for one that actually works. Does anyone know the mailing address for where I can send my now defunct dongle so I can exchange it for a working dongle? Thanks, Mokolai
David Nahmani
You should call Apple to ask them first.
drumbug1
Definitely call first - you want a case number before you send off your only proof of your $1000 piece of software.... (at least I would). If not - PM me and I'll give you "apple's address" (I could use a copy of Pro!).
mididiot
I had the same thing happen to me at a gig. I used the xskey updater to get it going again. Here's the link http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/xskeyupdater.html Good Luck
Beer Moth
Same keeps happening to me. The updater can't even see it! Outrageous!
