Meezy
It's funny. My machine is a 1.33Ghz G4 ibook 1GB. So my specs suck bum over yours. I can run reason rewired to Logic but have a few problems of my own. If you list what else you are running in your session including and instruments and plug ins, and list your buffer settings then I'm sure someone can help you get this sorted. Don't sell your mini just yet!
yofi
Are you running 7.2 or an intel optimized version of Reason? anything before that is not optimized for intel machines will be wrapped in the rosetta programe - which will have a huge hit on your processing power. open the programs then check system monitor (applications/utilities?system monitor) on the far right it will say if programs are intel or PPC. I've successfully run logic 7 on a single 1.6ghz with 256 ram! and still produced good results so your machine should be fine
