purenard423 Posted June 29, 2007 Share Posted June 29, 2007 I am relatively new to logic express and I've been figuring it out, but there are a couple of areas that I cant quite figure out. 1. I cannot hear midi tracks placed as piano, guitar, bass, drums etc. but if i use a software instrument as my input I can hear it I just cant hear it when I drop it out of the INST tracks and into the normal midi tracks. This is also a problem when I place loops into those tracks. How can I hear those tracks? 2. i like to do live recording so I bought an alesis multimix 16 channel firewire mixer. It works great but Ive only been able to record up to 9 tracks simultaneously. In logic exp.'s specs it says that it can handle up to 12 but when i arm more than 9 tracks the others start to disarm.
