Nice finding again:

 

CTRL + Double left-clicking a midi file = Matrix Editor

 

Option + Double left-clicking a midi file = Score Editor

 

Of course you can set from the Preferences that plain double clicking takes you to either Score or Matrix.

 

...Still good to know these two.
