aux send

hi.

 

i have logic pro 7.1 academic version. 15" powerbook g4. 1.5ghz. 1 gb RAM.

 

i can not create auxilary tracks. whenever i click on "create mulitple" under the track menu in the sequencer, it allows me to select "audio" and "audio instrument" but the selection for "auxilary" is in grey and i am unable to select it.

 

whats the deal?

Aux was never enabled in the "Create multiple" menu. You have to reassign a track to an existing Aux object, or if you need more Aux objects, go to the environment, and choose New > Object and set its Channel to an Aux.
