Insufficiant access

Im trying to install giga samples into esx24 when they try to convert i get a Insufficiant access error???

This is most likely because you're trying to convert them directly from a read-only disk (DVD or CD).

 

1. Copy the files from the fixed media to the hard drive.

2. Right click (or CONTROL click) on the files now on the hard drive / Get Info / Ownership & Permissions / change to "Read & Write."
