niteboatermusic Posted October 27, 2017 Share Posted October 27, 2017 1. measure an audio region's RMS value, start by hitting spacebar to play through it 2. you get a definite reading when you stop the playhead at the end of the audio region 3. letting the playhead play through several audio regions before, and after, the audio region measured in step 2, yields a different value for the identified region is there a way to set LPX's Level Meter's RMS update interval, to update more quickly? niteboatermusic Posted October 28, 2017 Author Share Posted October 28, 2017 In my Logic template, the Level Meter is always on the Stereo Output channel...keep in mind in my case, doing audiobooks, only one person ever speaks at a time (95% of the time).
