Deleting Tracks Mixer Window

Well, that's all fine but I don't wanna go to the mixer window ever time I delete a track in the main window...I just wanna be able to delete the track in the main window and then it'll be gone from my session and not hidden in the mixer window. I used to be able to do this but not anymore??

It works as expected here, deleting the channel strips in the Mixer when I delete the tracks in the Tracks area.

I would attempt to close Logic, trash the Logic preferences, restart the Mac and reopen Logic.

Try this....

Press cmd+0

upper left hand corner - select the Layer called Midi Instr.

select any objects you have in there and press delete. Close that window

Channel strips should now be gone in the mixer

This solved the problem for me, I had a bunch of vestigial midi tracks cluttering up my mixer window when I viewed "all". Thanks!!
