DSKcomposer
Hello - I recently purchased a Universal Audio OX I am using an Apogee Element 24 as my audio interface I am using Logic Pro X as my DAW I connected my amp head to the OX Connected the OX to the Apogee Element 24 via SPDIF I changed the clock on the Element 24 to optical I opened a new Logic Pro X project and chose "Guitar or Bass" I opened the OX app on my iMac and strummed the guitar and there were levels showing in the OX app However, no sound at all in Logic Can anyone please help? (I have tested running from the guitar straight into the Element 24 and I get sound (so long as I turn the Clock back to "Internal" so I know the Element 24 works) Thank you thank you thank you

triplets
Can you change the clock on the Ox to external? No, there is no clock setting on the OX app Then leave the clock on the Apogee to internal, since it’s the master.
DSKcomposer
I figured it out -- On the Element 24: 1-Set the Input to "Instrument" 2-Set Clock to "Optical" 3-Click on "Channel View" 4-De-select the Analog Inputs 5-Select Digital Inputs "Optical 1-2" Go to Logic: 1-Open new project 2-Choose "Guitar or Bass" 3-Select Inputs 13-14 Play your ass off!
