low latency mode causing volume drop in my audio?

i've read other threads on this and the only solutions were to check for high latency plug ins that show up orange. i dont have any plug ins except logic gain, and a channel EQ on the vocals, but maybe 6 other plug ins in other busses MAX most of which are bypassed. Whenever i turn off low latency mode or take off the record arm on the track, the volume returns to normal. how do i fix this? My cpu meter isn't even going up 1/8 of the bar yet i'm experiencing this. I am recording vocals on the "rap bus". i even have "independent monitoring level for record arm tracks" UNchecked and i can still hear a noticeable volume difference.

I don't see a single Record-enabled track in your Mixer? Can you share screenshots that demonstrate the problem? A R-enabled track during playback with a certain level, with and without LLC mode? Do you see any difference on any of the meters throughout the signal path?
