NoPro
This is a bit confusing. Here’s my objective . I want to record over a MIDI track or punch in a section or (midi instrument track (VI) Logic has overlap set to on. When I try to record over the existing recorded midi track I can still hear the old track and it does not remove the old recording . Do I need to turn no overlap on? Does this issue have anything to do with overlap /no overlap? How do I re-record or punch in over Existing midi data ? I realize I can just erase the whole track or track but somethings odd here. Any help I’d appreciate .thank you!
triplets
You should check the recording preferences for Midi Take Folders.
NoPro
Cool...I was also just noticing that audio comping and midi comping handle different . I’m watching some videos not sure I understand quite yet but it can be done . Thank you
